At CMFY, we want you to feel confident when ordering. If your purchase isn't quite right for you, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.
1. 30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn, other than being tried on for fit
- Unwashed
- Undamaged
- Free from marks, stains, make-up, deodorant, perfume, odours or other signs of wear
- Returned with all original tags attached
- Returned in its original condition
For hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse a return where an item shows signs of wear beyond what is reasonably necessary to check the fit, nature and characteristics of the product, subject to your statutory rights.
2. How to Make a Return
To request a return, please contact us at cmfyuk@outlook.com. We reply within one working day.
Please include:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- The item(s) you would like to return
- Your reason for returning
We will provide you with the return instructions and return address.
Please do not send your return before receiving our return instructions.
3. Return Costs
Returns are not free. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items to CMFY. The cost of return postage will therefore be paid by the customer.
We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping your proof of postage until your refund has been completed. CMFY cannot be held responsible for return parcels that are lost before reaching us.
If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or we are otherwise legally responsible for the return costs, please contact us before returning the item.
4. Refunds
Once your return has been received, we will inspect the item. If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank, card provider or payment provider to process the refund. We will contact you if there is an issue with your return.
5. Exchanges
If you would like a different size or colour, please contact us at cmfyuk@outlook.com. Please include your order number and the size or colour you would like. Exchanges are subject to availability.
6. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible:

7. Statutory Rights
Our 30-day returns policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights as a UK consumer. Nothing in this Returns & Refund Policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights you have under applicable UK consumer law.
