About CMFY
CMFY started with a simple question: why does something women wear every day still have to feel uncomfortable?
So we started at the piece women complain about most — the bra — and built it around how it feels after eight hours rather than eight minutes in a fitting room. Wide band, soft moulded cups, no wire. From there we are growing into nightwear, bodysuits and loungewear, one piece at a time.
We are a small team and a new brand. That means a real person answers your email, and it means we would rather help you get the size right before you order than process a return afterwards.

How long does UK delivery take?
Two to four working days from dispatch, sent with UPS or DHL. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
What does delivery cost?
Nothing. UK delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. Full detail is on our Delivery page.
Can I return something?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
Because this is lingerie, it needs to come back unworn apart from trying it on for fit, unwashed, and with its tags. Return postage is paid by you, so we recommend a tracked service. The full terms are in our Returns & Refund Policy.
Which size should I order?
Every product page has its own Size & fit section, because our pieces are sized differently — the SoftLift™ Bra maps to UK, EU and FR bra sizes, while our nightwear is sized by our supplier using body measurements.
If you are between two sizes, or the chart is not clear, email us with your usual size and we will tell you what we would send.
Can I exchange for a different size or colour?
Yes, subject to availability. Email us with your order number and what you would like instead, and we will arrange it.
