Where we deliver

CMFY delivers to the United Kingdom, to the European Union, and to a number of other countries including the United States, Canada, Australia and Japan. The destinations we currently ship to are shown at checkout.

Delivery costs

Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. That applies to the UK and to every other destination we ship to.

Delivery times

UK delivery takes 2–4 working days from dispatch.

Outside the UK, delivery times vary by destination and are longer. Your tracking email will show the expected date once your parcel is on its way.

Who delivers your order

Orders are sent with UPS or DHL. You will receive tracking details by email once your parcel is on its way.

Import charges

Your order is dispatched from the Netherlands. Every CMFY order falls below £135, the value threshold under which UK customs duty does not apply to goods sent from abroad, and import VAT on consignments at or below that value is accounted for at the point of sale rather than collected on delivery.

If a carrier ever contacts you about a charge on a CMFY parcel, email us at cmfyuk@outlook.com before paying anything and we will sort it out.

If something goes wrong

If your parcel is delayed, damaged or does not arrive, email us at cmfyuk@outlook.com with your order number and we will chase it with the carrier. We reply within one working day.
