How much is delivery?
Free, on every order, with no minimum spend.
How long does it take?
UK orders are usually with you in 2 to 4 working days, tracked with UPS or DHL.
When is my order dispatched?
Orders placed before 8pm UK time are packed and sent the same day. Anything after that goes out the next working day.
Will I be charged import fees?
No. Orders are dispatched from the Netherlands and fall below the £135 threshold, so UK customs duty does not apply and import VAT is handled at checkout rather than on your doorstep. If a carrier ever contacts you about a charge, email us before paying anything.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is collected.
Returns
Can I return something?
Yes, within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as it is unused and complete in its original packaging. Full detail is in our Returns & Refund Policy.
Who pays for return postage?
You do, unless the item is faulty, damaged or the wrong thing was sent, in which case we cover it.
How long does a refund take?
We refund to your original payment method once the return has arrived and been checked. Your bank then takes a few days of its own.
Ordering and payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
The methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Shopify and we never see your card details.
Are prices in pounds?
Yes. Prices shown to UK customers are in pounds sterling and include any tax that applies.
Products
Does the pocket photo printer need ink?
No. It prints with heat onto thermal paper, so there is no ink or cartridge. The only thing you ever replace is the paper, and we sell refill packs.
Will the iPad keyboard case fit my iPad?
Choose your model on the product page. If yours is not listed, email us before ordering and we will check.
How big is the snack pot?
12 x 10 x 6cm, roughly a small cereal bowl. It holds a generous handful of fruit, crackers or nuts.
