Before you write
A few things are already answered elsewhere and may be quicker:
- Which size should I order? — every product page has its own size chart. SoftLift™ has a fitted cut, so we recommend one size up from your usual size.
- Where is my order? — UK delivery takes 2–4 working days, and you receive tracking by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
- I’d like to return something — you have 30 days from delivery.
Returns and exchanges
Email us with your order number and whether you would like a refund or a different size or colour. We will tell you where to send it. Return postage is paid by you, so we recommend a tracked service.
